Middle Backache: When the pain occurs in thoracic spine that is present in between cervical and lumbar region then called as a middle backache. It is less frequent than other types of back pain.

Lower Backache: The pain in the lumbar region is termed as lower backache. It is the most frequently occurring pain.

The proper treatment for this pain is essential otherwise it leads to severe form. Home remedies are best in order to get rid of it. Here are some remedies that might help you to say goodbye to this pain.

Water:

As we all aware of the importance of water. Our life is equal to water. No water means no Shees. HAHA, its fun but true. So, drink plenty of water a least 7-8 glass. Note, drink 1 glass of water after at least 1 hour.

Eggs:

Eggs are considered the complete diet. Albumin is the protein that presents in it. Eat egg on the daily bases provides strength to your body to fight with the pain.

Green vegetables:

Green vegetables are full of nutrition. It makes your body healthy and strong. So, eat all the type of green vegetable that helped to relief from the pain.

Fish oil:

Fish oil is full of omega 3-fatty acids. It reduces the swellings and deals with the pain much. So, use this oil on the daily bases.

Wheat, Milk, and Poppyseeds:

Take 20kg Wheat then soaked it in the water and left for overnight. In the morning, add 2 spoons of coriander powder and poppy seeds. In next step, grind all substances together. Take 250ml milk in a cooking pot then add grinding material to it. Cook it for about 20 minutes. Now, this is ready. Drink lukewarm on the daily bases. It really works for the treating of back pain.

Ginger and Sugar:

Take 200g ginger then peeled off it. Add ginger in the water and boiled at low temperature. Don’t remove the lid in order to keep the steam inside. After doing this add salt (to taste) and boil. When the ginger turns soft then kept it in the pot that contained sugar and left for one night. Then used in the next day.

Tragacanth gum:

It is the gum that is famous for its action on this pain. Take 1 glass of lukewarm milk then add 1 spoon of this gum and drink. It really works.

Turmeric:

It is very effective in the relief of pain. It contains curcumin. It is anti-inflammatory and reduces pain. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric in the 1 glass of milk. Then drink it.

Peppermint, wintergreen and coconut oil:

These are essential oils that are well known by the people in their action against several pains like back pain.  They are anti-inflammatory in their nature. Some mix all the oil with equal proportion and rub on the affected area. Do it on the daily bases.

Frankincense and cypress oil:

The combination of these oil improves the circulation and reduce swelling. So, mixed them well with each other then apply.
